Plainfield Public School students can apply and may qualify for the National School Lunch and Breakfast Program. Your child could receive either reduced cost or free meals! To see if your child is eligible, simply print and complete the application. It is very important to fill out all the required information in order for us to process the application. Once the application is completed, please return it to your child's school office.

Keep in mind that if your circumstances change, you can submit a free and reduced application anytime. You don’t have to wait until the start of the school year.
