"Grow & Learn " Playgroup
|
"Grow
& Learn" groups are held on Wednesday, and Thursday, 9:30am-10:30am;
and on Friday, 10:30am-11:30am. There is a $24.00 fee per eight-week
session. Please call for dates of the upcoming session.

| "Music and Movement |
This is a parent/child program geared to children ages 2-4 years old.
Children and parents will sing interactive songs, listen to stories, play
instruments, and much more. This program is offered on Fridays, 9:15am-10:00am.
There is a $24.00 fee per eight-week session. Please call for dates
of the upcoming sessions.

| "60 Minutes for Moms" | "60 Minutes for Moms" is held once each month. This is a time for moms to learn, socialize, and have fun. Please call

"Just Dad and Me"
|
"Just Dad and Me" is held on the second Wednesday and the third Tuesday,
of the month at the Plainfield Memorial School gym. This is a FREE
program for dads and children ages 3-8 years. No registration is
required.

A variety of parenting workshops are offered to help parents and
caregivers learn how to succeed at one of the most difficult jobs,

Before and After School Child Care
|
Before and after school care is provided daily at the Recreation Department.
After school child care is provided for elementary and middle school age
children in their school building. For more

Youth Clubs
|
This program provides children with opportunities to learn to resolve conflicts and play cooperative games. These clubs are offered at Plainfield Memorial and Plainfield Central School. |

Resources and Referrals
|
The FRC staff and parent educators are available to answer a variety of
questions, provide information on child care, social service programs, and
parenting resources. Please feel free to call us or stop in.

| Adult Education |
Adult Education classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00am-1:00pm.
Free childcare is available.

| WIC | WIC is held on the third and fourth Wednesdays of each month.
