A.P. Biology

Is a course designed for Juniors and Seniors who plan to major in the biological sciences in college.  Prerequisite for the course include completion of Academic biology with a B average, and to have passed Chemistry or current enrollment in Chemistry.  The course will explore in more depth concepts studied in Academic Biology, including diffusion enzyme catalysis, mitosis and population genetics.  Students are expected to complete a summer reading list before school begins in the fall
