Marine Science I is offered as an elective to juniors and seniors during the first semester to students who have passed Academic Biology.  Topics studied include the history of oceanographic research and techniques, currents, waves, tides and the chemistry of sea water.

Marine Science II include the topics of marine ecology, ocean communities,  food chains and marine plants, salt marshes, and marine pollution.
