School Registration

Registration Process

1.  Review your neighborhood school parent handbook (see school handbook on your neighborhood school's homepage)

2. Complete the following registration paperwork forms located below - either print and bring to scheduled appointment or save and email to your neighborhood school contact person (located on the district schools page)

3.   Contact your neighborhood school to schedule a residency verification appointment where you will need to bring two documents from the  Acceptable Proof of Residency List.

note: documents must be computer generated/typed and be dated within the last thirty (30) days. No copies will be accepted. All documents must include the name(s) and physical address/location of the parent/legal guardian. Documents bearing only a post office box number address are unacceptable.

4.  When you arrive for your residency verification please have your registration materials (if not already emailed): residency documentation, child's birth certificate, copy of most recent physical 
and immunization record, and the forms listed below.
